Customer Service Officer
No. : 1 Location : BKK office
     
 

Responsibilties:

1. Co-ordinate and co-operate with Technical Sale and agents to arrange Domestic Shipment.

2. Issue Domestic / Order Form , Delivery Schedule and co-operate with concerned parties to deliver product as customers’Requirements. 

3. Receive Delivery Note from Product Warehouse and Send e-mail to customers.

4. Receive information from Customer Service Supervisor to arrange Export Shipment.

5. Issue Vessel booking to Transport DEPT as customer requested.

6. Issue Export / Order Form , Delivery Schedule and co-operate with concerned parties to deliver product as customers’Requirements.

7. Prepare Invoice & Packing List for customers and for custom purpose to Government Liaison.

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration,Marketing,English, or related field.
  • Experienced 2-5 years in Marketing,Customer service,Import & Export
  • GPAX >2.70 up
