Thai Caprolactam Public Company Limited (TCL)
Established on December 13, 1990, TCL is the only producer and distributor of
Caprolactam and Ammonium Sulfate in Thailand and South East Asia region. The company's
current registered capital is 8,660 Million Baht and its production technology
is under license of Ube Industries, a world leader in Caprolactam manufacturing
with over 40 years experience.
The company commenced operations in 1996 and the currently operates annual production
of 110,000 tones for Caprolactam, which is a raw material widely used for Nylon-6
production and 440,000 tones for Ammonium Sulfate.
TCL has received numerous global certification awards including ISO 9002, ISO
9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. In addition to global standards, the company
strictly adheres to quality practice and process improvement such as Total Productive
Manufacturing (TPM), KAIZEN and 5S.
