Established on December 13, 1990, TCL is the only producer and distributor of
Caprolactam and Ammonium Sulfate in Thailand and South East Asia region. The company's
current registered capital is 8,660 Million Baht and its production technology
is under license of Ube Industries, a world leader in Caprolactam manufacturing
with over 40 years experience. |

Ube Nylon (Thailand) Limited (UNT)
Established in June 1995 and started to produce Nylon-6 resin (monofilament grade,
film grade and injection grade). Today, the company currently operates annual
production of Nylon-6 at 24,500 tones. |

Thai Synthetic Rubbers Company Limited (TSL)
Established in early 1995, TSL is the first poly-butadiene plant in South East
Asia with a currrent capacity of 65,000 tons/year. The plant is located in the
IRPC industrial estate. |

Established in 2004 as a research and development arm of UBE group in Thailand,
UTCA provides research and development services to companies within UBE group
